Grad Booking

Choose a package, fill out the request form, and I’ll follow up within 24 hours with availability and next steps. Once your session is confirmed, a 25% deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

A 25% deposit is required to lock in your session date and time. You can pay via Zelle (preferred — no fees) or card. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled session with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit any deposit paid.

Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may reduce your session length. If you’re more than 20 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show.

Final images are delivered via a private online gallery. Galleries remain active for 30 days — you’re responsible for downloading and backing up your images.

Typical turnaround is 7–14 days, though I always aim to deliver as quickly as possible. Exact timing may vary depending on the package booked.

By booking, clients grant permission for images to be used in my portfolio, website, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

You’re responsible for your own outfits and props. Time spent changing outfits is included in your session duration. I’m happy to help with styling ideas beforehand.

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled in case of severe weather. Overcast conditions are not valid reasons for cancellation unless it’s unsafe to shoot.
